Welcome to MoneyPuzzle. By using our app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoneyPuzzle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MoneyPuzzle is a personal finance tracking application that helps you monitor expenses, income, and financial transactions. It provides tools for categorizing, analyzing, and visualizing financial data.

3. Using the Service

• MoneyPuzzle uses device-based subscriptions; no account creation is required
• MoneyPuzzle is rated 4+ and is not specifically directed toward children
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

MoneyPuzzle offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store.

5.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5.2 Payment Processing and Refunds

• Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and validated on your device
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies
• Pricing changes are managed through the App Store and subject to Apple's policies

6. Data and Privacy

• You retain full ownership of your financial data
• Financial transactions remain on your device and are not stored on our servers
• Minimal device and subscription data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy
• You may delete local data at any time by removing the app
• Industry-standard security measures are used to protect subscription data

7. Intellectual Property

MoneyPuzzle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hayk Altunyan (doing business as MoneyPuzzle) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoneyPuzzle is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Errors or defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyPuzzle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or financial losses, arising from use or inability to use the service.

10. Platform Availability

MoneyPuzzle is available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the Apple App Store. Availability on other platforms is not guaranteed.

11. Financial Advice Disclaimer

MoneyPuzzle is a tool for organizing financial information only. It does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for financial decisions. Consult qualified professionals when needed.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to premium features for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Expiration or cancellation of a premium subscription

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
