Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Your financial data stays on your device.

• Financial Transactions: Your expenses, income, categories, and budgets are stored locally on your device by default and are not accessed by us.
• Privacy First: Your financial data belongs to you and remains under your control.

Information We Collect on Our Servers

We collect minimal information required to provide subscriptions and core functionality:

• Device Information: Device identifier (used for subscription validation), device model, iOS version, and app version
• Subscription Data: App Store transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, subscription status, and expiration dates
• Usage Timestamps: Last active time used for subscription validation

Advertising (Google AdMob)

MoneyPuzzle displays advertisements using Google AdMob. Advertising is delivered without accessing advertising identifiers such as IDFA.

Google AdMob may collect and process the following data:

• IP Address: Used for ad delivery, regional relevance, and fraud prevention
• Ad Interactions: Information about ad impressions and interactions
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and screen size

Ads displayed are non-personalized (contextual) and based on available information such as device type, language, or region.

Other Data Collection

• We do not collect analytics or crash reports directly.
• Third-party services (such as advertising providers) may collect limited technical or diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Manage Subscriptions: Validate premium subscription status through the Apple App Store
• Device Recognition: Associate subscription access with your device
• Service Delivery: Provide secure access to premium features
• Support: Assist with purchase restoration or subscription issues
• Advertising: Display advertisements through Google AdMob

We do NOT:

• Access, store, or analyze your financial transactions
• Sell your personal data
• Track your in-app behavior beyond what third-party advertising services may collect for ad delivery

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Secure Infrastructure: We use Google Cloud Platform's secure infrastructure for server hosting
• Access Control: Strict access controls limit who can access server data
• Minimal Data: We only store essential subscription and device information - not your financial transactions

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited data only with:

• Apple Inc.: For subscription validation and payment processing
• Google Cloud Platform: For secure server hosting
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (may collect IP address, device information, and ad interaction data according to Google's privacy policy)
• Legal Authorities: When required by law

Your financial transaction data is never shared because it remains on your device.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of server-stored data (device and subscription information)
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of server-side device registration data
• Local Data Control: Delete your financial data by uninstalling the app

We do not send marketing communications.

6. Data Retention

We retain server-side information for as long as your subscription or device registration remains active.

Upon deletion request, data will be removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Platform and Availability

MoneyPuzzle is currently available exclusively on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.

8. Children's Privacy

MoneyPuzzle is rated 4+ and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal data, please contact us.

9. Third-Party Services

MoneyPuzzle integrates with:

• Apple App Store — app distribution and subscriptions
• Google Cloud Platform — server hosting
• Google AdMob — advertising

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Please review their policies directly.

10. Your Control Over Data

Local Financial Data

• Stored only on your device
• Deleted by uninstalling the app
• Export may be available where supported

Advertising

• Ads are non-personalized
• We do not use IDFA or cross-app tracking
• No tracking permissions are required

Server Data

• Minimal subscription and device data is stored
• Contact us to request deletion
• Some records may be retained as required by law

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice.

Continued use of MoneyPuzzle indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
